oscam with cline

HI
i try to install my cline on oscam but...not working.
i use the software cccamtooscam to cretae oscam.user...
but not working.
in webinfo where I can find this information abbout my cline?

When you convert the C line to oscam with CCcam2Oscam you save this configuration / [reader] to oscam.server (not oscam.user). You also need oscam.conf and oscam.user configured for dvbapi (has already been configured in the attached files)..

ok yes sorry I vave make a listake.
I have oscam.server made by ccccamtooscam.
I have also have oscam.user? i receive only cline but not exchange.
