Put this at the end of your cline { 0:0:2 }
eg
C: dns 1200 asdf asdf no { 0:0:2 }

I have added { 0:0:2 } to the line but cccam php is showing hop 3's is this just showing what peers have?

Make this no { 0:0:2 }
And if the peer change my cline to no { 0:0:3 } from no { 0:0:2 } , is there any way to get for sure HOP1 and HOP2??

Thanksno { 0:0:3 } on a cline would give the client hop1,hop2 and hop3
no { 0:0:2 } on a cline would give the client hop1 and hop2 only
If you want to make an F line so the your client can only get hop1 and 2 from you, it would be like this:
F: test user1 2 0 0 { 0:0:2 }
If you want to give them hop1, hop2 and hop 3 you make the F like this:
F: test user1 3 0 0 { 0:0:2 }
Have a read of this tutorial to make more sense of C and F lines:
