Skybox F5 line not working

  • I have a f5 skybox that hadn't been used for around 6 weeks, plugged it in and went to activate the line which showing online but channels are still scrambled, I contacted my provider who has confirmed the line is still active. Has anyone come across this before would the firmware need updated.

  • I would try a rescan of all your sat chan. menu/single satellite scan /on top line select your sat/next line FTA only select no/ scan channel TV+RADIO /scan mode blind scan / select search ........then put an up to date chan. list in. see if that works.

  • update the channel fregz by rescan or update to latest lists,
    if yer m8 says its active it will hopefully sort you out ;)

  • ill do a rescan, I trust the provider as I have used him a few years now.


    This is a payserver..... and the rules are quite clear regarding members who use payservers. No support will be given.
