problem with new dreambox remote control with clone dreambox 800 hd se

    i bought new remote control witch is genuine for my Dreambox 800 HD SE . now the problem is remote button working but on my Dreambox nothing change at all . i try many things but didn't work .


    my remote model is Dm rcu rc10 and the picture of the remote is this ...





    can someone help me how to program it on my clone Dreambox 800 hd se .

    sir problem is that the receiver is not responding to the remote control . if i press any button in remote control nothing change in reciver . i have old remote its working but some button not working sometimes . i install new image yesterday but same problem its not working . any solution for this problem ...

    I have same issue. I bought a new RC10 today. I want to use it with my DB 800 HD Se Clone but the remote does not response.
