1. Why can not I see who is online

Who`s online is not at the bottom of the forum, its a side block on the right.

I think you were confusing it with members who have visited today,you should see this now.
To send a friend request visit general settings then friends & contacts is on the left or click HERE

I added by cazuela as friends (picture below) but he has not received any requests...thnx
