OpenPli and Plugin

Good evening to all,
I have a Zgemma Star H2 With OpenPli 4.0 installed on.
My problem is to install plugin.
I put plugin ipk in tmp and then from Software manager I install exetension. A lot of time I have on screen 0 plugin installed or removed.
So in whick way i can install plugin?
So another question is that I want, if possible, to install Oscam manually. I put bin file in usr/bin and Emu file in Etc/init.d but nothing happens, i don't see the name of emu in softcam manager.
Can sotme people help me to have a valid script? Can I install another emu not present in plugin softcam?

I try to install:
Linux Support
SatVenus
and oscam that i have downloaded from your feed for open Pli all emu.
Some Oscam can install and other no.
And can i install a mine Oscam with script? like 1124.
