help requir with caid 500

    since i join oscam this is the only line when i add in my oscam does not clear chanels ,i am sure my peer did not change any thing from his side. and i asked him about the caid and package which is this,
    Caid 500
    ident fff830 - bf3fb8
    ident 41700 - bf3fb8
    ident 41710 - bf3fb8



    any idea what to do to clear chanel? or oscam d,nt support to caid 500?


    i have checked my sta dish signal and its ok,rescan the box but still no joy.

    Caid 0500 is viaccess encryption and is well supported, below is the list of working viaccess cards in oscam from the wiki.
