Latest oscam-emu patch for oscam (10962)

Here is the latest oscam-emu patch. Works with latest oscam. (tested with 10957-10962)
Some small fixes for compiling on x86 32 bit and ARM. Also fix for occasional powervu csa audio glitches.
Not updated on github yet...

Hi There. I have a gigablue quadplus and have flashed Open ATV 5.1 put can't get oscam to work. can someone put me in the right direction. Thanks
