If it doesn`t install and requires dvbsnoop, install the dependency first then try autobouquets again -> Dependencies for fixing the "dvbsnoop not found" error..
hit the link read to end in a ipk is there as for snoop i cant confirm the last ipk will install snoop if not required
but im sure you will find out soon enough after you unrar read the readme or give it a whirle :)

Dose the tuner show up as a 3rd tuner ??
You should be able to do a full automatic scan, reboot the box then run the plugin.
you need to be on one of the free channels ie bbc1 in cable for autoboquets to work
Okay you need the scan to work, i would imagine your net ID and/or provider is wrong mate, also do you have a "live" active cable connection?

Thanks. My netId '00013' is right as I live in Reading, your list too has same netID. I have live cable connection as I have VM Broadband. Once I had tried feed going into modem, directly into USB tuner.
On off track question. My VU USB Turbo Tuner has always red light on the front. I thought red means standby and blue means On.
Sorry not familiar with that tuner.... (best you make sure !!) or the image your using TBH...
Have you tried with a VIX or ATV image ?? The built in autobouquets plugin supports cable and sat and the cable epg populates via pvr channel download.... (i dont use blackhole so dont know if they do the same)
if yor geting the net on same fed you should be ok , you could add a desibel resistor old skool talkback blocker
if theres to much gain on feed for the tuner , i seen similer issues with eurovox dbox ect ect
but thats for after we at leats get a bbc channel to kick in on scan
