Dreaded Green Screen

Hi Guys,

I've got an Amiko SHD8900 using Alien / Enigma 2 software.

I am getting the dreaded green screen on the box, which says that my STB has encountered a problem.

Complete newbie, so wondering what do i do - do i flash the box and i so, what software do i use?
