Complete Backup Problems BH 2.1.3

I have been sorting out my mates new Solo 2 but having problems making a backup of his image.

Please see the screen shots for the errors.

Have tried on both usb and hdd. Both have loads of free space

Yeah have used it before no problem and have tried doing the backup on an external HDD but still get same error message

what makes you think that usb is the problem.
