Opentatv 5.1 crash help me

I tried to install the plugin audio pip and at the end of the installation appeared the error screen viewing. Now my image openatv restarts continuously displaying the error message to the plugin installed.

I tried to log in with filezilla ftp, but unfortunately barely reaches 100% loading of the image shows the error and does not give me the opportunity to access FTP.
