No signal on new openbox s10

I bought the openbox s10.
And then for three days and I'm trying to looking for any of the channels
it do'not run i tray interest many Receivers it all work
But this device does not receive any signal
Is there a setting so I can access the channels
Please note that I did not pick up any channel with this Receiver
