This guide is for all Mars box users who have MX Player installed by default.
I thank to user scouse645 who point me choppy audio and laggy video problem while playing 720p,1080p videos in kodi.

I found that MX Player conflicting with kodi default player .
After removing mx player problem disappears 1080p HD and Blue ray videos playing normal.
Its easy to remove MX player .
Goto main android screen and find "Settings" icon and click it.
Next , select "Apps" click it
Next, find and select Mx Player click it
Here you can see "Uninstall" select it
press ok to uninstall.
Done
Now you are able to watch hd videos in kodi after a reboot.

Kodi v15.1 “Isengard” settings

Deselect allow hardware acceleration- libstagefright
Deselect allow hardware acceleration - MediaCodec

Note: Will remove MX player in next software upgrade

Updating to Latest MX PLayer from play store will fix choppy audio and laggy video problem while playing 720p,1080p videos in kodi with below settings.
