Cccam.cfg is found under "etc" for enigma2 recievers not "var/etc"

On enigma2 images look in /etc/ for CCcam.cfg, if you have installed the bin only version of CCcam 2.1.4 then no CCcam.cfg will be there, you will have to send your own to /etc/ and restart CCcam from the softcam manager ( blue button ).
