problem in flashing vu+ solo se

    My problem in flashing vu+ solo se. I've tried 3 different USB sticks (2, 8 and 16 gb), formatted in fat 32 with hp format tool.
    I've tried 3 different images (vti, blackhole, official vix)
    No success. Flashing process seems to be ok. But when I restart the receiver, of course after having removed the USB stick, I can see the image logo for a few seconds, and then nothing ( "no signal" on my tv screen)


    The Vu+ solo se box is brand new (received today).
    I feel a bit desperated as I've been trying for 3 hours.


    What can I do? Trying other USB sticks? Which one? Doing it blindly can take some days...
    PS: the 3 USB sticks are working perfectly to flash image on a vu+ solo.

    I'd first try a different hdmi port on tv / or different tv if thats possible.
    Are you flashing backup images (some may have their images configured for full hd where older hd ready tv's can only handle 720p or 1080i which can result in seeing a splash screen on startup but black screen upon full boot)
    Try flashing a stock image from scratch.
    Consider also trying the rca video output (to rule out a problem with your hdmi port)

    I replaced the hdmi cable by another one. I was using the same hdmi cable as the one working with vu+ solo. There must be a difference. Maybe it will be useful for other users: hdmi cable working with vu+ solo might not work with vu+ sole se !
