zgemma star 2s stuck on redlight

Got zgemma star 2s ,
flashed image but it comes up with redlight stuck on boot.
Looking for right direction.

Try to reinstall the bootloader.

I Uploaded jenseneverest backup then 1 box working ok 2nd box still have redlight.

Hi mate, these boxes are very picky with USB sticks, use good name brand stick less than 8gb in size. My favourite are the maplin own brand ones.
Low level format the usb stick to fat32 with this tool:

Thanks Mate, I am using kingston 2gb usb memory, i am going to format it with hddguru tool. will update you the outcome.
Just to update you that Vu+Toolbox version 3.1 have a usb formatting tool which i was using normally.

If that still doesn't work mate, then we will need to check the boot log by rs232 connection, it will also need a ttl convertor,
if corrupted then im afraid it is jtag to restore nand flash....
