hi guys ive factory reset my box put sly wire into LNB IN & TUNER B done all needs be done so now am not getting any HD CHANNELS help would be appreciated cheers

With satellite only setanta sports, BT sports and a few other free-view hd channels work in a third party receiver.. The rest are locked to the official sky decoder..

there is a know issue on sh1 boxes with regards channel scan. As a temp fix, turn on diseqc under tuner settings. Its all of the later images and has been reported on git hub.

The green Y is a yes for a cable.
The red X is a no = no cables. -
so instead of putting it in TUNER B put that wire in TUNER A???
I assumed you had 2 "wires"
If you only have one then only tuner A is required.There is a driver issue as well on the later images.

Do NOT update it otherwise you will have the same diver issue....
and Disable tuner B (nothing connected) as you only have one cable,.

OpenVix don't even support the box. Its nothing more than a badly patched xp1000 image and i have no time for it....

OpenATV, OpenHDF, droid, eurosat, italysat, openspa all make very good images and offer official support.
I personally use openATV on all my boxes. -
That backup i linked you to is about 2 weeks old. Anything newer will have the driver issue, any image that is.
I don't offer support by PM. That is what the forum is for...
The openatv and mgcamd question has been answered a million times....
You should use oscam anyway as it is far better.
With openatv you simply edit softcams under usr - keys and enable under info panel with your remote control.
