    But that Isn't really what I had in mind.


    Ok, say I want to pick up Arabsat 30.5 E, on your list it says 150 cm dish, don't have that but do have 15 mini sky dishes all over the roof of my garage all pointed to that satellite. Now what little black box of wizardry do I join all those dishes together with to get that signal? :)

    it would never work bud.... 15 small dishes equals 15 LNB's (each dish will have one) and 15 small sky dishes is way bigger than a one piece 150cm dish.....


    The sat signal has to bounce of one part of the dish and then be picked up by the lnb to send that signal down the feed connected to it to the receiver.....

  • Actally there was such a device called phase combiner for 4 sat C band LNB, some guys from silicon valley made it,
    but it was in analog era. There was article about it in some old telesatelite magazines in 90s.
