Problem with Power Vu on Dreambox 800Hd Pvr

    I have a Dreambox 800HD PVR,


    I'm trying to open Power Vu with her, but without success...


    The channel starts the steam, but I get a black screen!

    stream relay variation seems to have no changes

    what directory do you have oscam config files and softcam.key
    /etc/tuxbox/config ?

    My oscam config files are in etc/


    I was using oscamymod and this was the place....


    I think it is not be the problem because the oscam.conf is read...

    For 2 channel´s (Spectrum of AFN 9E and Discovery Ukraine 4.8E) i have done:



    Channel Config:
    1. Go to the OpenWebif and click on the "Stream" button for the channel you want to add.
    2. Download and save the .m3u file.
    3. Open the .m3u file with a text edior and get the stream link. It looks like this:
    http://stb:8001/1:0:19:1234:3EF:1:C00000:0:0:0:
    4. Replace the port (8001) with the relay port (default: 17999) and the host name ("stb") with 127.0.0.1
    http://127.0.0.1:17999/1:0:19:0123:3EF:1:C00000:0:0:0:
    5. For channel list you must use DreamboxEdit (Dreamset not work) and Service ID must be in Decimal (not in HEX).
    Adding the new stream link to your channel list with DreamBoxEdit:
    1. Go to the list in the middle "Bouquet details".
    2. Right click on a channel, select "IPTV and other streaming services", select "Add".
    3. Select "DVB/TS".
    4. Choose a name and use the new stream link as URL.
    5. Use the "Service ID" of the original channel. You can find it in the left list ("Services").
    6. Do NOT use the correct Transponder ID/Network ID/Namespace for the stream link. Use Transponder ID: "11", Network ID: "22" and Namespace: "33".
    7. Set Service Type to "1", and enter the correct Service ID for the channel.



    I use this 2 channels for testing!!

    oscamymod dont work for powervu

    that looks in
    /etc/tuxbox/config
    or var/keys
    fot the softcam.key

    Yes i am using oscam-emu.
    Only talk about ymod to justify the location of files


    Moved the files for /etc/tuxbox/config and Oscam don´t work... only work with files in etc/

    Finally it is working ...

    What i did:
    I installed the version r 10943


    I deleted all the files from oscam (except conf, server and user)


    I did both simultaneously, so i don´t know what solved...



    Have lot´s of freezes in AFN channel´s and a few on Discovery channel´s...


    Can I improve that?


    An image with the "Include in ECM http streams" option improved freezes?

    can also play about with streamrelay

    Try a newer version of oscam-emu, those freezes have been fixed since 10943.
    And yes, including ecm in streams is better.
    ( I know you probably read this before ;) but others may not have... )


    But better yet would be to try very latest oscam-emu which supports powervu without stream relay... (dreambox only)

    I can not put the OscamInfo working, but it is a minor problem !!

    No, just make sure the user and password match.
    But it maybe depends on which version of oscam info you have installed...

    I think some versions have a problem if you set a password???
    You can try matching passwords first, then if that doesn't work, remove the password from oscam.conf

    I had the same OscamInfo pluggin working on Ymod and in all oscam.emu streamrelay versions i tested.


    Never made any configurations in pluggin or in the oscam.conf file...
