Vix 2.3 Channel Settings

I've just moved from Blackhole 1.66 image to the Vix 2.3 image.

I really like the look of the Vix image but when i got to download the latest catseye channel list it gives a date from early in November. When i did this with Blackhole it was always bang up to date.

Am i doing something wrong?

Yeah i can manually transfer it using idreamx but i don't want to to that.

Whats the TSPanel Plugin?
