Please help what happens when you do a factory reset

What do you need help with ? Factory reset will wipe all custom settings. If you havn`t taken a backup of your settings before doing a reset they are permanently deleted..

I assume you mean the premium channels ? You can`t, unless you took a backup of the server settings. Once you factory reset the box it wipes everything back to default..
