anyone knows how long the phonos cables can be before there is loss in quality of the picture.

All depends on quality of cable , connectors and output source but 60 feet is mentioned here:

the problem is that there is approx 100ft and i get the below picture

You could try running your satellite feeds further and place the receiver nearer the tv or another option (if you have another e2 receiver laying about) is to use tuner server plugin over your network.
