  • Hi all,

    I'm a Newbie on this and I have a VU+ DUO2 with Open PLI.
Could some one explain to me what these files do and where to put them on the satellite receiver?
If this is a sensitive question please e-mail me:

Much appreciated for any help on this question.

CCcam ChannelInfo & Providers are enhancements to CCcamInfo..

The cccam channelinfo file allows you to see which channel CCcam is decoding instead of seeing the sid..

The cccam providers file allows you to see which package CCcam is decoding instead of seeing the caid..

The prio file prioritizes which caids you use, which can help speed up the workings of CCcam..

  • @ master G
Thank you so much for your answer.
Just where do I upload all those enhancements to on my VU+ DUO2?
    Cheers,

    Antó.

  • FTP the files to /etc folder. If you use openatv FTP to /usr/keys..

    @ master G
Great, i will try it soon and let you know as I have Open PLi.
But I guess that I will upload them 1st to /etc folder.
    Cheers,

  • Hi all,

I did uploaded the files as suggested and i don't see any changes.
Do I have to go some place specific in order to see the changes?
    Cheers,

Look at CCcamInfo in a browser window http://192.168.1.2:16001 (change 192.168.1.2 to the ip address of your server).
WEBINFO details can be found in the CCcam.cfg:

    Code
    WEBINFO USERNAME :root
    WEBINFO PASSWORD :dreambox
    WEBINFO LISTEN PORT : 16001

Unless you have a server with your own card or virtual cards with peers connecting and viewing channels you won`t notice any changes..

  • Hi master G,

If I'm not wrong I have a virtual card as I'm using a c line on my CCcam.cfg file.
    I'm at work now.
So I will check this later on when I will be at home.
Thank you so much for all the help and explanations until now.
    Cheers,

    Antó.
