Problem with oscam for powervu without stream relay enable

Hi I have trouble with oscam for opening PowerVu channel with my Openbox SX4 HD. I have latest firmware that support powerVu.
This is my log and my config. What is wrong?

Second, unfortunately, for now, "without stream relay" only works on Dreambox.
