Vu+ solo pro won't start up just blue light on front of box

    Hi guys got a Vu+ solo pro and it was all good but all of sudden it went to do update and never come back on was running PLI latest one I think with the snow and small stream running through won't turn on how do I get it to talk to me e.g so I can get into box with laptop or pc and is it possible that I can still back it up or recover from this please help
