Dreambox DM800 HD sim2.01

    Hi I have the Dreambox DM800 HD sim2.01 which is blocked..
    Can anyone recommend what I should do.. Do I need to buy a new sim or can I unblock or update it somehow?

    Ok no problem I will turn it on again and let you know exactly what is happening. I will get all the system info as well..

    It displays the page which say:


    Starting Enigma II
    Blackhole
    dreamElite 1.33d v3
    sim 2.01


    When i select a channel to watch it displays:
    Error message
    Server unavailable
    check tuner configuration


    Thats as far as it goes...

    Check your coax cable is connected & all being well with your dish & LNB
    Go menu - setup - tuner config - manual scan
    Set it to single satellite & set it on the said satellite position IE - 28.2e
    Now hit ok


    You should now pull in all active channels
