OSCam-svn11160 with CCcam & MGcamd for BlackHole - OpenBlackHole

Hello mates,
Just a little question about "emulator packs" in order to understand how does it works.
i have looked the starting script of "oscam & cccam pack" and i noticed that it starts the two cams at the same time.

I just want to know how blackhole decrypts channels with two started cams and which one is prioritary.
