frequency 11934 v 27500 not working help

Hi all, Sorry if this has already been asked but Im having the same problem with 2 boxes (alien8900) in different locations with the frequency 11934, movies frequency, working on and off but mostly just saying tune failed, its an openpli image but have flashed with vix4e2project and its the same, tried a new box and the same result, my sat meter is saying I have full signal on the frequency, I was wondering if any of you guys came across this already and if there is any settings in the box I can make. appreciate any help you can offer. all other frequencies are fine.
