Ariva 102E IPTV not working

Hi all. This is my first post here, i'm trying to learn how this all works.
I have an Ariva 102E receiver and i'm trying to make the IPTV work but it seems like it a little bit difficult.
The receiver is connected to the internet, i loaded a list of IPTV channels (the demo one, the vlc streming from my laptop and some others found on the internet) and no one is working. it just keeps loading with no other effect. I updated to the latest firmware too. Am I doing something wrong?
