In step #2 you transferred the contents of the HMA_openvpn.zip to /etc/openvpn folder.

There are 3 scripts which you need to change permissions / attributes for and move them to /usr/scripts folder:

    Quote

    start_vpn.sh
    stop_vpn.sh
    check_ip.sh

Change permissions to 755 using the FTP tool by right clicking on the scripts while on the receiver or in telnet:

    Code
    chmod 755 /etc/openvpn/*_vpn

    Code
    chmod 755 /etc/openvpn/check_ip

Move the scripts from /etc/openvpn to /usr/scripts, do this by FTP (download from one folder then move to the new location) or use telnet:

    Code
    mv /etc/openvpn/start_vpn /usr/scripts//start_vpn.sh

    Code
    mv /etc/openvpn/stop_vpn /usr/scripts//stop_vpn.sh

    Code
    mv /etc/openvpn/check_ip.sh /usr/scripts/check_ip.sh
  • k pal have don't that but will try again thanks

Hi mate I deleted it and started again now it says vpn running in my box, its green,
But theres was no Current external IP or a newly assigned IP Address when I stopped and restarted,
Theres nothing in script runner in my box and the command /usr/scripts/check_ip.sh don't do anything in Telnet.
    Got to be thick me.
