Help with wetek oscam

    I have a wetek box and having difficulty in getting oscam to work with openelec free channel are working fine but pay channels are not. I converted c line to oscam and copied the file to \\OPENELEC\Userdata\addon_data\service.softcam.oscam\config and then restarted it I can get it working on the android part of it but for the life of me i cannot get it working on the openelec boot Ifollowed all the tutorials on how to configure it I know it is some small thing i am missing here is my log file for oscam

    info,5000 instead of info:5000 possibly also wold remove the private info ;)
    ensure want emu is ticked aswell or just use newcamd on tvheadend as its designed that way in i have had no issues
    wetek,openelec,tv-headend set as newcamd within CA option without oscam installed when i use VDR i use oscam but theres no real need
    if using tv-headend as it acts as a user anyway, but you could look what ive said i may be wrong as ive not used oscam+tvheadend but its norm a , that sepperates the dnys n port

    I cant seem to get it for example client name= name of service username i know password i know host web address of service:89000 port 89000 des key i don't know what to put in their update card(EMM) is ticked one mus is ticked

    Try using this tool to convert your details.
    Paste in your line in the top window.
    Click "Convert to oscam" and copy the txt from the bottom window (scroll down to select all of it)
    Then, open the oscam webif, click on the files tab, select "oscam.server" file, remove previous reader (previous entered line details) and paste in your new converted line details (reader), scroll to the bottom of the page and hit save.
    Then select the "restart" tab and restart oscam from there.


    Looks like a "free" line from the web?
    If so, it may not work though as most of these are overloaded/stolen to begin with.

    thanks for the reply i had no problem in getting it going when i boot into the android software using ostools but i cannot get it going in openelec as i said in my post i copied it over to the \\OPENELEC\Userdata\addon_data\service.softcam.oscam\config folder and i just cannot get it going. what was suggest to me then was use newcamb but i am not famliary with that so if anyone can help that will be great .
