I've recently aquired a Evo Xfinity box, I like it for watching TV but find most other things on it "flakey" at best. One thing I don't like is the EPG, so I thought passing this through a xbox one with the TV one guide would be a good setup.
It works and the channel guide on the Xbox matches the channel numbers (native) on the Evo Xfinity, but I can't get the xbox to change the channel, I've tried settings from Evo and Amiko and can get some commands sent but I'm not able to change channel.
Has anybody set this up (you can enter a remote code, currently on Amiko S2252 for example) and have this working?

Amiko S2252 actually works, you have to make sure the channel numbers (LED) are displayed on the EVo Xfinity, then it send channel changes no problem.
Can even change channel by voice commands also.
