help with booting enigma2 from sd card

i am new with this box so sorry for my "stupid" questions.

I want to test this image cause it includes enigma2 and kodi: WeTekPlay PBNIGMA VX 5.1. SDcard 01.12.2015 from

What are the steps?
Who can help me a bit. i am afraid to damage the box by doing something wrong.

Now i am happy with this image, how do i install it in the memory of the wetek? So it boot with this image without sdcard?
