how to wipe box ?

hello and ivebeen trying with no luck to make use of my alien2 box. it has hyperion image and spark loaded and th e2 image keeps crashing and giving green screen error all time and i decided it wasnt for me and i like the look of vi image. so how do i wipe box clean and start again as when i try to flash vix it says no kernel found on e2_update plugin even tho files are on usb

When you flash a new image, it automatically erases what was there before. There should be nothing from the e2 image that would affect Spark. Try another usb stick, or try a different usb port.

You may want to try CaptainBlast's HDMU backup image, it should be stable...
