Sounds like you are not getting emm updates, pop your card back in the sly box for a few hours and it should update.
Once its working again pm me your cfg and ill take a look and see if i can spot why you are not getting updates.

When you click local card in cs studio are your entitlements up to date ?

Function: Backup and restore your CCcam files (CCcam.cfg,CCcam_1.cfg,CCcam_2.cfg..(if exist), CCcam.channelinfo, CCcam.provider, CCcam.prio)
You can choose from 3 places where you want to save your backup or where you want to restore it from:

-Hard Disk
-Compact Flash
-USB Stick

The backup file will be named as "CCcam_backup.tar.gz"

PS: After you install the plugin remember to restart enigma2 to have the plugin in plugin list.

INTRODUCTION:
We decided to do this image because we did not like what happened with the DREAM ELITE Group.
If you close the downloads server, people cannot use image for drivers and DTT pendrive then the image is dead.
PRZ OF ITALY GROUP DONT WANT THIS !!!!!!

We believe that this is the best image available.
We made hard work of reverse code written by them and we have achieved what we wanted.
Now the image DE133DV3 Phoenix has a little something extra.

The original code belongs to the DREAM ELITE group.

As soon as we have time, we ll convert drivers panel of the DVB-T USB stick as addon for all images in order to have a standard
for all the images.
We already know that the dream elite group (who are against the clones) will disagree on the implementation of this image.
As we say in Italy "when a pope dies another one is elected" perhaps now will no longer be so arrogant.

CHANGELOG:

panel of the addon has been partially rewritten and new classes were added for the management of an external configuration file called deaddons.url
that was left in / var / etc (finally any webmaster can create a website for the addon)
Items have been added for download from the RSS feeds and softcam UPDATE IMAGE PANEL
where releasing updates and patches a bit like Windows.
During installation we forced to chmod 755 the file deliteddt.sh.

You wont be disappointed mate, but make sure the one you order has the rev m tuner as the earlier versions have glitching problems on some slyhd channels.

This channel list is best used with either the latest official Firmware, or with the latest L53_MOD_Dump file.

This is a multi-satellite channel list covering satellites from 30west to 45east.
It can also be used as a single satellite channel list, just click on the Zoom or SatList button and select the satellite you wish access from the satellite list.

Default Settings:
Channel list format: .dbs
Default Motor Setting: DisEqC 1.2.
Default LNB Setting: Universal [9750 - 10600]
TV Channels: 4399
Radio Channels: 0
Favorite Channels: 0

If used in an external channel editor, change extension from .dbs to .abs
once you have edited the channel list, change the extension back to .dbs

What's New:
Channel list type [TP_PROG]
A number of new or updated channels added on various satellites.

To avoid any possable conflicts, it is always wise to delete the channels from your receiver before installing.
To remove all channels click Menu -> Edit Channel -> Delete All

To install this channel list, simply transfer the unzipped channel list to a USB Stick, and then insert the USB Stick into the USB port, which is located on the rear of the receiver, then follow the instructions below.

Click Menu -> Tools -> Upgrade By USB, then in 'Upgrade Mode' select 'Misc Files'
then click on 'Select & Upgrade' and select OPTION 1 [TP_PROG] now click the OK button,
when you see a check mark or tick next to the TP_PROG, click the yellow button to install.
Once the file have been installed, reboot the receiver, once rebooted you can then click the Zoom or SatList button, and directly select any satellite from within the satellite data base list.

Anyone may use, or share this modified Dump file, all I ask is that you do not remove, or edit the files included in any way, or add any other extra files, which are mainly spam, giving credit to some obscure web site.
Of course we are aware of the fact, that some still have a tendancy to ignore the above request.

Openbox S9 Multi-Satellite Channel List v3.10 - [21 January 2011]

The Spiderbox is another which is client only. (you can put clines in it but not flines)
You could use your Eagle as a server to it but for your budget i would go for a DM800 clone, I own one myself and there are a few on here recently bought the same that can recommend a good seller.

I would be tempted to open it up and check the fan is still intact & working mate.

Once you have done this you have a working server ready to share. Next step is to learn about the cccam.cfg and how to make lines.
