    no i would highly recommend against doing that, for starters your going to end up clogging the image so full of crap and could end up in a bootloop as a result.
    as suggested use DBE to dump the existing Bouquet to a pc / laptop then transfer the new ones over. but dont go renaming things.

    To be honest guys it's excaptionally easy to set the image up for *** uk and if you do it your self, you will know how to fix it if things go wrong in the future rather than having to beg others for help all the time. dont worry i'm not having a pop at you but i do believe if your going to buy a expensive receiver such as this the very least you can do is learn how to operate it.

    do not use the update feature in the DBUK image as it connects to the pli servers and updates from their feeds. you have likely updated the kernel of your image to 3.1.1. you now need to flash the bootloader for the solo before you can go any further. hopefully you have not done any permanent damage.
