Comet24Uk, thats Eurotrans. There shouldn't be many issues with getting repaired if thats where you had it from. Be aware though if you break the seal on the side of the box you will probably have to pay for the repair as it will invalidate the warranty.

my signals not very good from satellite dish do you think that could be the problem?

hope its not the tuner capacitor the box is only 1 week old

Take off the cover and see if the capacitors are all OK. Some may have a lump. Look at the picture.

been using same line for about 2 years and my dads using same line in his dreambox and its fine on his so don't think its that do you have any other ideas nano thanks

hi i currently have a nbox running hyperion my problem is when i'm watching a hd channel after about 5 minutes the picture goes all jittery its fine on standard definition it only happens on hd channels any idea what it could be thanks

Thanks very much mate i've put nebula v3 on it stuck on how to put my cline on mgcamd 135 now this box is doing my head in now put the line on it through dcc but will it clear the channels no don't know where i'm going wrong any pointers please mate and what image would you recommend

hi i just bought a nbox 5800sx and was wondering how i would go about putting openpli on it i bought the box from ebay and it was meant to be pre-installed but its not theres only enigma 2 on it all i know from what i've been told by the seller it has two uboots freebox and b4t and Main uboot preload in A20 and 2nd uboot(safe) preload in A19 and A18 i know how to upgrade via usb but i don't want to upload the wrong file any help is greatly appreciated thanks
