what image have you on box and are you in the UK?? Is it training or windy?? If H is beter than V then dish/lnb may need a tweak.

I can get it to lock on my VU+DUO2 but that channel is encrypted and needs a uk card. Check your cables etc

Just to say I followed the Kiddac instructions for 7.2 exactly. I am switching between boxes a Zgemma H7S and an AXHD61 and images as well. And skins.
1. Using the slyk on the AXHD61 and 7.2 when I press epg I have no mini window and when I go menu I get a mini window and the entry SETUP rest of screen is blank.
2. I have added topicks using ftp and just copied from another box and it works.
3. I cant load the epg mod so Urie where do I place the one you show above ie FTP it.
On the box with 6.4 I called and did a full reboot, changed batteries and all good again so they can stay with 6.4.
That 7.2 is proving a bit tricky and my old brain is getting slower so any mishaps may be my making.
Back to 6.4 now and when I press OK twice I get signal details at top of screen how do I get that on 7.2

I want to update a box for a friend from 6.4 to 7.2 but they want the skin to look exactly the same as with 6.4. I used 1080-r19 back then over 2 years ago and it took a bit of time but looks great. The problem they have is the spinner appearing when FF or RW , hate ads. But I am practising on a Zgemma H7S and that 7.2 is not as easy. I have the skin installed but can install that epg mod 3.1. I tried via install local extension and nothing happens.
Can I get box back by reinstalling 6.4 and leave 7.2 alone?? Box is an xtrend 10000

Its for a friend I get the box this afternoon so planning ahead, I cant figure it either. They said they tried to find the new BBC 3 so may have messed with ABM. The need 6.3 version for something called XE ver 3.0.9 for IPTV.

I have a fault on the slyk-q-1080 skin that I cant recreate on another box, its 2 faults or errors. When I select favourites I get a list of channels at the bottom see pic one, and I cant access favourite lists above, then when I click on the N/A line it becomes BBC3!!
The second pic is when I am on a channel and select record, I get the 2 entries never had zap timer showing.
What I has happened? ie help.
And should I stick with openatv 6.4, the version on box currently is 6.3.?

luppetone have you only got one image on the box at the moment? And you cant flash that box from a USB once it is set up. In fact you may brick the box. What image have you on box at the moment?
I have same box with 4 images but not openbh.

I am wary of messing with code for good reason, I tried deleting IMDBEPGSelection. ie that word and box will hang. I have given up as I may be doiing the delete wrong.

How do I get IMDB search to work, using slyk1080 R19 and openatv 6.4 with epg mods, top picks and movie planner, when I select imdb search message says " Install imdb plugin" but I have it in plugins ie imdb setup and imdb search. Its an axhd61 box. Everything else is perfect.

Ok here is an update, I did as instructed above and got it working. So I was connected to the server and while at the start I would have a lot of cards the number declined quickly so I have passed on that server and got rid. Learnt a bit as well but still more to learn.

What image are you using and why did you go the telnet route? Have you a good FTB program ie can you log in to box? Its a lot simpler than you are making it. The best way to get oscam is via the feeds, Say image and version.
Say box and model as well.

I have only one reader and no users apart from those 2 I posted. reader format was sent to me. I'll use the above later on tonight. oscam was downloaded from here using that panel. !!

Using an AXHD61 with openatv 6.4 and oscam oscam-1.20_svn-r11581. I was on canal 13e getiing ready for the footie and that's when it went last week!!

I had them turned off anyway and I have forgotten why I put them there!! I did have an eir sport card
I think the other end are just switching me off so I'll just give up on it. Unless you can spot an error caused by me, this oscam worked fine with another server. I am more than intrigued than anything else now.

Thank you, it might be brief but you answered a lot of questions. I had an idea I was on the right lines. For some reason I am being kicked off one server and apparently it appears I am sharing!! This is not true, see above!! I do however use 2 boxes and sometimes forget to turn off oscam on one not in use but server stops anyway. I thought no big deal. I have loads of stuff connected and other boxes like a duo2 and et 10000. I linked them as I can move files about, say strictly was missed on one box. Can these be detected by a server? And can zapping cause a conflict?
And what is the purpose of the line anonymous -- protocol dvbapi? In the status log and live log.

This thread could be a great help to me and no doubt others. I am moving from cccam230 and advised to use Oscam but I always liked the KISS principle and Oscam is not so simple. I converted cccam to oscam as some channels on 13 east wont open but even with oscam still tricky. Told to update Oscam to latest version!! I did that I think and now Oscam will stop after an interval. I have a motorised dish so can go where it works best and even go back to cccam. I did a bit of reading and was told to add something called services and in global tick a box.
How do I update to latest version as of today? Its a DUO2 box with open vix image? Wil it overwrite my conf user and server details?
Is it a case that it is the server should have all the caid's etc and not the client?
