Ps I vix installed on my vu duo

Thanks master g , is there an idiots guide available how to do this ?

I wonder if anyone can help. When trying to view sly sports box office on I was getting an error message , service not found (Sid not found in pat) . I know this available to view , I rescanned my vu duo . Still the same error. Tried various times during the week when program was repeated still no joy. Anybody any ideas how to rectify this for Saturday evening?

Any help would be appreciated

Newbie here, will this image work on a vu duo clone? I'm stuck with a vu duo clone that keeps rebooting when I go to the epg list or sometimes when I just change channel. Thought I'd try a new image before I start to panic about my box dying. Cheers

The box is a vu duo clone, and a friend bought it from a site where he got his. He set everything up for me originally , but he's out of the country at the moment , hence being on here trying to resolve my update issue

Yeah I was trying to update to Vix Apollo 012 also tried vix Apollo 3,7 and 8! Would I still Ned to re format my memory stick even though it allowed me to flash back to my old image? Also , as I said total newbie..... Format tool you gave me , do I just run that and the rest is self explanatory ?

Total novice here and any help would be appreciated. My vu duo had an out of date image on it . V3.b:808. I downloaded the latest image and followed the instruction for the update but when I rebooted my system when prompted it just stuck on the word starting on the display and nothing happened. I tried several images and still the same. Luckily I had my original image on my pc which worked but this is an older image v 3.0 build 558. When I try to update via the system I get the error message .....down for maintenance ( due to out of date build) please can any body help me update my box. Many thanks

I wonder if you could help a novice out . I have just updated my brothers *** f5 box with the new ajsat.co.uk channel list as he was saying that some of his SD channels were not working! I updated the list and some of the channels ie *** one and Atlantic are still saying no signal but the the plus one hour channels are !! I noticed the on the channels that are not working ie *** one there is a number on bottom of the channel screen 12285/27500/V. When I went to installation and did a single satellite search I noticed that 12285/27500/V failed when searching this appeared a few times. Any ideas how I can get *** one and Atlantic etc working

can anybody help ?

Fingers crossed I've managed to stop the box cutting out! Not sure what I've done, but I followed nanos advice a little, opened up the box and disconnect all the parts , fan , hard drive and tuner ( noticed the tuner wasn't fully secured) put everything back and touch wood it's staying on . Just wanted to say a big thanks for everyone's time who helped . Many thanks

Plugged my pc monitor PsU in to it . Still cuts outs ! Any other ideas?

Complete novice so any help would be appreciated. My sunray dreambox 800 hd se has developed a faulty where it just shuts down! The box doesn't feel hot and the fan is still working ! If I pull the power cable out and plug it in a few times it comes bock on or subsequently switch the power switch on and off this can get the power back . It will run for a while but the it powers down again? I've been search for an answer but no joy. Wondered if anybody could help? Could it be something simple like a new power supply required?
