The entitlements are what you are entitled to watch. Sky send these to your card based on your subscription to them.
They don't send you a new card if you change subscription, the send details to the card.

The receiver does not have hardware multiboot. Do you mean users should use:
Open multiboot plugin
Neoboot
Kexec multiboot

You can't use a Solo4K image on a Duo 4K receiver. If you are using it on correct receiver and it is not booting, please try to start in console mode and upload the log.

alternate method:
Stop enigma2 with "init 4" command
Edit the the file called "settings" in /etc/enigma2 by adding a line with this:
config.osd.language=en_GB
config.misc.language=en
config.misc.locale=en_GB
Send edited file back
Restart enigma2 with "init 3" command

If your receiver has Hardware multiboot, use that. If it doesn't, install open multiboot plugin from the plugin server.

Maybe the official one was installed from the plugin server, then something else was done to cause the crash.
The exact specifics of issue being reported need to established. A civil/respectful discussion will reveal what has happened.
There is no need for hostilities.

seagen, Not all images pre-install EPG Importer. It is available on the plugin servers for people to install.

Just for info, the one on the softcam feed for openatv has the de patch already. Just in case anybody wants to compare.

use DCC or Filezilla and got to home- root-logs and upload the last file here to know the issue
You only get logs if enabled on system
That is true for debug logs. But crash logs are always created.

Are you using Service Name Picons or Service Reference Picons?
Whichever you use, it must match.

samur, is it OK to edit your initial post with more instructions as well as to embed the binaries with headers?

If you use SNPicons, you don't have to worry about the service references changing or being different.
If you check your debug log, it will show you which path it is using.
