It depends on the skin being used. If it does not have the widgets, it wont show.

May still not work. Press Blue and then switch to HDMI in full screen. You should be then able to record.

Either tuners are faulty or LNB/Dish/cabling issue
Can you take and test receiver elsewhere (not anyone with Sky Q) ? This will check tuners?
Can you connect another receiver to the same cabling as the ones you are using? This will test the cabling/LNB.

The skin im using is Virtuosso and subscription is mgcamd.
Can anyone please tell me step by step how to resolve this?

Flash a recent image.
Virtuoso Image Xtreme (Vix) do not make images for your receiver. Use an official image for it

Is that a trial-tuner on a DM800SE. If so, you have to do some jiggery-pokery to scan cable/terrestrial services. Cable has to be made a fake satellite.

You are being very sparse with the information you are providing.
OpenViX do not make images for the Zgemma range. You are better off doingteh following:
Download the latest OpenATV 6.1 image.
Save your important files,
Flash the OpenATV image.
Setup your receiver.

Did you restart the cam in the softcam panel?

Filename is CCcam.cfg Have you got it correct? Particularly with regards to spelling and file extension.
