You have already been told. Instead of posting several threads, stick to one so that people can help you and others can follow. I tried to find the configs that weer edited for you, but not easy if you keep posting in different threads.
Your next step was meant to be setting up Stream relay. If I was in your shoes, I would ask for help doing so.

That is not going to be possible because each NetID will have different services. Nothing stopping you from doing that on your own.

Pretty sure people who had this problem were using timeshift with too low a delay value or using CCcam.

We had someone on another forum struggling to add a satellite because, according to him, the xml in your pack did not include all the satellites he had before. He was trying to re-add 39e to his configuration. This was not possible because the xml did not include it.
So in essence, use your largest xml file in all the setting packs.

catseye, can you include the larger satellites.xml file please on all setting packs please?

Post on the OpenATV forum, they will have a look. OpenATV uses different paths for cam configs, so that may be at play.
OpenVix uses /usr/softcams as the softcam location. There is no need for scripts, just chmod 755.

Look at your receipt again. Are you sure you bought a Twin tuner module? Even your screenshot in post 1 says it is a single tuner.

There are only 5 FTA channels on cable.
People sometimes assume that the FTA channels on satellite are also FTA on Cable. This is not the case.

You are trying to do a normal scan. Forget about doing that. You are not getting the provider option because PLI do not have a cables.xml file in their image.

When you configure a tuner, you are telling the receiver what is connected to the tuner.
Both the tuners (on one card) are connected to the same signal wire. So please set them exactly the same.

It is one card, but still two tuners.

Why would you want to run oscam and mgcamd together? You can both your peers in oscam.

ABM should be working fine on OpenVix 5.0 016. Any other images newer than 20/05/2017 will have ABM that has the changes to work.
