So after lots of messing around with the tuner configuration settings, it seems I have fixed the problem thanks to pointers from Gorski. I set configuration to advanced, selected usals - selecting satellites, changed Increased voltage to Yes and lastly entered my longitude and latitude for usals. I have the major satellites between 30w and 39e, I have tested in pure2, opeantv, openspa and pli and is working fine.

Hello! I solved the same problem with the DM380 motor. My receiver is zgemma h9s. You need to find the point after separating the Usals and + 12V signal, unsolder it and apply external power from the + 12V unit with a current of 2-3A. Good luck!
Thanks for your help but this solution will be expensive for me. I live on a 6th floor apartment block and my dish is just beyond reach for me. It will cost me less to buy a cheap receiver than to pay a technician to modify the motorised setup for me.

Hi, I am having problems setting up this box to move the motorised dish. I can see this is a common problem with Zgemma boxes and some few people have asked the same question but it's not clear what the actual solution is. My previous vu box worked perfectly with the dish using usals settings, I would really appreciate if somebody can tell me what to do. Thanks.

I decided to test this image (6.3 to be exact) on my Duo2 which is sadly in retirement due to dead LAN and HDMI. I used component connection (RGB).
Cant make it work with normal colors. Only purple.
With OpenPLI which I use everywhere, no problems.
Maybe you should inform developers Mr. Gorski. This is not acceptable for me. Every video connection should work out of the box.

I stated a fact, if you have problems with comprehension you can send me PM and I will explain it to you in detail. I will also try with 6.5. But you can be sure that I get irritated when something basic doesn't work.
I don't know if English is your first language and you have problems with translation but when you come up with stuff like "This is not acceptable!" for something you did not pay for, it comes across as rude. If you are having problems with a bad video output , try rephrasing your question in a way that everyone will understand and maybe somebody will try to help you.

Try and tell... as there are various formats.... who knows what you are getting in those IPTV channels....
As you know, you have 3 options in ServiceApp....

P.S. I couldn't record IPTV from ciefp's list, sadly... exteplayer3 or original (gstreamer)
After testing different settings all day I found out setting default player to exteplayer3 and iptv streams to 4097, streams play smoothly and zap times are much faster but can't record. Setting default player to original and iptv streams to dvb1, plays smoothly as well, iptv streams can be recorded if you have a multisub, zap times are slightly slower.

In Service App > activate Exteplayer3. You must have FFmpeg installed!
FILE LIST or PVR button > 3, 6, 9 for FF, 1, 4, 7 for RW.All fine!
Hi Gorski just got a zgemma h9 twin, is it possible to record iptv if using extrplayer3? What's the best settings for iptv playback and recording. BTW, I'm using pure2 6.5, cheers!

I don't know why, but my zgemma h9s moving zapping very slowly (channel lists). Another problem, after online upgrade today I don't see menu setup anymore (black screen when press menu button).
I'll try new flash to see if solve this 2 problems.
I have simmilar problem (slowly channel lists) using dm800se. Both receivers, I did fresh OpenATv installation (only english 800se) to compare and fast (normal) zapping.
If I'm not mistaken, Gorski posted here that all images after 5/6 of May needs a fresh flash install due to Python upgrade.

Okey i banned my self for 3 hours and are back now
Yes the 6.5 Pure2 works perfect for me in all my Vu+ devices. I dont have Cable so cant say much about that
But for Sat and IPTV no issues and all the plugins built in by default in the image works as they should.
I have never been much of a fan to fill up my devices with 100 of plugins i dont use.
I allways do test the plugins from the image feed but all users should help out here.
There are lots of old plugins in the feeds of all images that should be tested and filtered out.
This does not consern Pure2 only, this is about all images.
So keep it going and users, do give feedback even when thing works as they should ;)
Well said! Iptv performance is dependent on your provider. If iptv is running without problems on my duo2, I see no reason why the bloke using zero 4k is having problems considering the zero 4k has a faster cpu. Maybe he should try setting player to exteplayer3 in serviceapp, and setting stream type in jedimaker to live as 5002, and vod to 4097. These are the settings I am using.

So you don't recommend using Pure2 on Vuplus Zero 4K?
Because I tried with ServiceApp but didn't help either.
I am running pure2 images on duo2 and duo4k and iptv runs flawlessly on these boxes.

Hi, the audio in my Duo2 sometime is distorted when switch on. I tried changing some settings in Audio but to no avail. Then I restart the box. I am using PurE2 v6.3. I done a fresh new reflash of the latest image v6.3 yesterday without restoring from backup. Installed Exteplayer only and set it to default player. No other plugin is install and the audio issue still exist. I love this image, someone please tell me what should I do? Thank you
I have two Duo2 boxes, the one in my kid's room running 6.3, the one in the living room running 6.5. I have no audio issues whatsoever. Check your connections to soundbars, av receivers..... If your sound is coming from your tv, could be the internal speakers going bad. You can also try some other images like openatv just to make sure it's not your box that's faulty.

I have noticed the xtream editor plugin does not show epg data in 6.5 image, it works perfectly on 6.3. I have asked the developers of that plugin and all they said is to use openatv 6.3. I understand that this plugin was not created by you guys but I would appreciate if anyone can give me an idea why the epg data won't come up because it downloads the xml file.

I'm using Vu Duo2 box, most of the plugins I need works great on 6.5 test apart from Yify-fnc, I am also getting the following error, I noticed during installation, I got an error message that says 'bitbake' could not be installed, nothing to satisfy............ not a major issue for me as most of the other fnc plugins are working.ebd644c4f14d7619cd.jpg
