This is how it works for me on multiple different images.

i have a problem, while using the bissautokey, it insert the key successfully, but the channels doesn't open
what shall be the problem ???, or reboot the box after the update? Usually restarting the cam fixes it.
I think you need to restart with Oscam-emu cam to make the Biss key work.
i always do a restart after key is added

i have successfully installed BA on Dm920 , but i want to keep "gutemine" away from any update

does anyone know an alternative to barry allen since he is no longer supported?
have been 2 days in this hassle
i use gutemine 2.9 r15 , last supported barry allen , & never do update
till now it's working

Have never used that plugin and what EPG is it suppose to grab?? Don't like to install from those wget install scripts since i know nothing about what it actually is installing until it's to late ;)
problem solved,
feed was missing "Wget" package , after installation , it worked as charm

i tried the subtitles plugins, it workes fine
What image and plugin combination works for you ? I have been unable to make the various versions of subssupport work under DM Two.
subsupport 1.58 , works as sharm

No we have no restriction for any thirdparty plugins if they work in one DreamOS image they should also work just fine with PP Image since they all are build on the same source code
it drives me crazy, the plugin is successfully installed on newnigma2 , however it doesn't work at all on PP image
both are installed through telnet commands !!!

First of all, install the latest NewNigma2 image for DreamTwo, boot with it. That way it will update the FP/Microcode to the latest one. Then your box will be ready to work with all images, DMM or Open (the 4 available, OpenBH, OpenATV, OpenPLi and PurE2).
Then you can install the OpenBH, OpenATV, PurE2 or OpenPLi, about the freeze at start, this is typical of Amlogic processors/Chipsets, used on this hardware and all Android boxes. But after few seconds it will start working smoothly.
All feedbacks about the Open images are welcomed, as these are "unofficial" images, and we had no support from DMM Engineers about the software or the Open Official Teams, so we built all from scratch ourself (we are a very little team doing them), and naturally these images started to be fine only few weeks ago (December 2020), and need more improvements.
Enjoy the box, that in fact is excellent, but we all need to build the software as we are today's at the early development stages for the DreamOne/Two/Seven boxes.

i found 2 images with "DreamOs" base , like newnigma2 , peterpan , what else ??
what are the open source images ?? what is the risk of using them?

Looks like it installs a custome made version of EPG Import plugin ported to DreamOS.
If you are using image Peter pan you can install EPG Import from PP extensions download
EPG import is successfully installed , how "EPG grabber" never succeed to install, don't know why
i thought it might be image restriction

Well we have not added any thirdparty skins. But all DreamOS skins should work just fine except they will miss the PP exclusive screens.
But if you open the PP menu with Blue Button >> Blue Button and from here checkout the Graphics meny you will find the PP Standard Skin Setup tool.
On first use you need to install some background files with teh BlueButton. When done you have now the option to make many changes to the skin.
Save your favorit settings and do the "Magic" to apply your changes.
You can add your own background pngs to folder /media/ppmedia/tsc_fhd where you create a folder with your custome name and save your background png as back.png in format 1920x1080 You can also add your other custom pmgs like icons, logos selectbars and progressbars but them you have to copy to /usr/share/enigma2/PP-Standard-FHD and save them into the proper folder.
I have also ported the SkyQ skin but have not publish the skin.
by the way, i tried to install the "EBG Grabber" plugin , it's didn't work , however it worked on Dreamone image
