Hi all, looking for some advice on Formuler boxes. I have never had one but been using iptv on android for years. I read somewhere that the Formuler boxes have their own iptv player and is better than most other players. My question for anyone who has one or has used one is, is it possible to pause and or record iptv using the Formuler player? They would be only features I’m currently missing using stbemu on CCwGT.

Hi, back again for some advice from people who have tried iptv on various devices.
I’m looking to buy a Linux based e2 box with 2 sat tuners and 1 terrestrial tuner that runs iptv smoothly.
I tried previously on the Zgemma h7s but it wasn’t smooth and the streams usually cut out. Meanwhile the same steam on android works fine so I know it’s the box that is not up to it.
I read on here that qt stalker is the best iptv player. Does anyone know of a box that runs this smoothly and has the 3 tuners.
I would prefer this over a box with 2 partitions (e2/android).
Does this box exist or should I just keep my iptv on separate android box?

Would this plugin theoretically allow you use one IPTV sub on two boxes just as long as they aren't used at the same time? Only worry I'd have is that the IPTV provider would spot something unusual and block it?
To use this plugin you need to have a registered MAC: address with your IPTV provider and some providers only allow a mac: based sub seperatley Mac:based sub were originally use for MAG Boxes and then Stb Emu was made for android you could put your mac into that to use on android boxes.
So even to use this plugin you would need to contact your iptv provider and register a mac address some won't allow they will say you ned seperate account for mac based.
You can run same iptv provider apps on more than one machine as long as they are not on at the same time. What you cannot do with some providers is run from different ip addresses some are locked to your internet service provider.
I have it registered on an android box already but would be handy to be able to put it on he satellite box. That way I could put the android box in the bedroom. They should never be in use at the same time and as in the same house would be under the same IP.

So, you can change your MAC in more ways than one...
Could you let me know what exactly it's used for? Roughly how it's set up? I've looked at Google but still not quite sure.
Sorry to go off topic but one other stalker plugin related question. Is the stalker plugin available for the edision os3+ ?

Hi all,
Hope someone here can point me in the right direction. I currently have a very reliable iptv provider who provides the service through stbemu. i.e He clears the mac of the stbemu app and away I go. My question is if I was to buy a H7S is there any app I could use instead of stbemu that the provider wouldn't mind me using? I know I could ask him but I thought you guys here would be more knowledgable on my options and these things.

you may be onto something there, I bought an os mini twin sat tuner. So far the 2nd tuner will not work and it only boots up when it feels like it it seems. Have tried multiple different images. Usually takes a few attempts for it to boot. Then the 2nd tuner will not get any signal despite lnb/feed being fine.

they changed the website a while back and that broke the plugin for e2. Don't think we'll see rte player back on e2 anytime soon but it would be nice to be proved wrong.

would we be able to get a version with the Irish versions of sky Atlantic/ss4 etc incorporated into the UK bouquets as those channels are still clearing for the Irish apparently.

If you look at the download thread, there should be manual installation version. Grab the reader file from there and replace the one you have. Any version after September will be fine.
Looks like this combined installer is being troublesome.

Tried that but still wasn't working.
can i ask is it the new one that was posted as i believe ther is 2 autobouquets reader files one call sh4 the other a mips one,
delete the sh4 one and remove the files extension of the other, the see if that works
Deleting the sh4 file, removing the extension from the other and changing their permissions to 755 seems to have done the trick. Thanks Paul.Which version of the plugin are you installing?

Hi all, I'm trying to get autobouquets e2 working on my optimuss os3+ running the Hdf 5.1.
I have it installed but when I press green to scan and select yes or no for doing a nit scan a error message appears immediately saying "autobouquetsreader not found"
I tried changing the file permissions on the file itself and the entire autobouquets folder but it still won't work.
Any ideas?

Dont think so by the look of it has got 1.3 cpu though , doesnt look like support for it is going to be easy to find why not get a box you know will have good support
I just emailed a sat shop on Friday about a optimuss os3 and they said he could do the world vision box for about the same price and that the front looks better than the os3. Thought it may be the same box rebadged like the amiko alien2/sab triple/golden media triplex. Will try find out more info tomorrow. Thanks anyway for the reply.
