i suspect a program has been deleted but still has a remnant and thats the update file and cause it cant find the program it wants it keeps popping up.

now to me that file looks like its something Norton used ,ie another anti virus program

the files trying to update and it cant update itself because norton or avg whatever he uses is blocking it. so making it not start at boot will rid the annoying popups. or he could enable it in the avg prog or w/e hes using.

killing the process in cntrl alt delete will not make it stop upon next boot.

you are on windows 7, just use msconfig to stop it at boot up.

I had 3 slingboxes and ended up giving them away, you can set them up with people on placeshifting but in the end it just sucks :79: if you use sling player apps its frustrating from the lagg. you can hack the FW on them tho but even still whats the point heh.
