Try running what you have in safe mode?
did you have anything on there regards a wireless dongle including software

My Pc is infested with a stubborn virus,which keeps repeating itself with a warning sound...I have tried everything but still there
I have these softwares installed
- AVG free antivirus installed
- Malwarebytes malware remover
- SUPERantispyware Professional
- tdskiller
but still no show...please I need your advice
you are on windows 7, just use msconfig to stop it at boot up.

pres ctrl alt del
start task manager then processes
can you see liveupd.exe if so click on it and end process
you can also click on the windows btn then type msconfig , in there you should be able to find the program and stop it from starting
i suspect a program has been deleted but still has a remnant and thats the update file and cause it cant find the program it wants it keeps popping up.
now to me that file looks like its something Norton used ,ie another anti virus program

the files trying to update and it cant update itself because norton or avg whatever he uses is blocking it. so making it not start at boot will rid the annoying popups. or he could enable it in the avg prog or w/e hes using.
killing the process in cntrl alt delete will not make it stop upon next boot.
worked like a charm 
I have ubuntu in dual boot...but most programs are for windows
even with wine they dont look like as they are in windows
Ubuntu still remains my personal best
