which router you use?
If you have Fritzbox go to Fritzbox menu and deactivate IPv6, reboot router and try again
Am using linksys EA8500
I think the problem is with the DNS, it was using routers primary DNS
I changed it to google dns and its working fine

please try this file in Attachment
copy the .ipk file via FTP (DCC_E2 or FileZilla) to the box in the /tmp folder
Connect to the box via telnet and enter the following command:
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
reboot

everything I try it says No packages installed or removed
Maybe I will need all .ipks for VU+ zero4k
