Changes in v2.1.0_02.01.2015:
Removed support for XBMC 13.2 which is outdated now.
Removed some customizations to reduce size.
Script is no longer dependent on powershell.
Removed addons that still are not compatible with Kodi 14.x.
Corrected dependancy issues with Kodi 14.x.
Changed thumbnail layout for Video Addons.
Live TV and PVR are disabled, instead I added Playlist Loader Addon to seperate channel listings into Country listings.
Replace old Gotham super repo's to Helix super repo's.
Script optimized, shortened and a little faster.
Refreshed Addons16.db file.
